Join a team of the world’s most respected fascia anatomy and science authorities for a three-day exploration of human form and function through the fascia lens. Participants will have the unique opportunity to experience hands-on dissection and explore the fascia system with the guidance of expert tutors. The course will start at 9 am and run until 5 pm each day, with day one requiring an 8:30 am registration.

The course features daily presentations from the team of experts, followed by time in the dissection lab where participants will have the chance to dissect human cadavers. Below are some of the objectives for this dissection course

  • To provide participants with the opportunity to engage in hands-on dissection of human cadavers, allowing them to observe and explore the form and structure of the body.

  • To promote a comprehensive appreciation of the anatomical relationships within the human body, including identifying the different compartments and virtual spaces and their contents.

  • To enhance participants’ understanding of the interconnected nature of form within the body, including the relationship between different systems and structures.

  • To identify the specialisation of fascial and osseofascial structures within the body, with consideration of mechanotransduction, embryology and tensegrity.

  • To facilitate practical discussion of fascial concepts on the cadaver, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of the function and role of fascia in the body.

  • To enable participants to work collaboratively to produce bespoke anatomical fascial specimens for educational purposes, further enhancing their knowledge and understanding of the fascial system.
